Each artist has their own dedicated membership with exclusive content and a community built just for their fans.

Most fan platforms are either passive (watch content) or impersonal (big corporate subscription boxes). Fanward is neither. We're built on real community — active groups, live interactions, and genuine connection between fans and the people they admire.

We also stand behind every membership with a full 1-year money-back guarantee. If it's not everything we promised, you pay nothing. We believe in what we've built, and we want you to feel that from day one.

You can check your membership status at any time by visiting the My Membership page. From there you'll see your current tier, what you have access to, and when your next billing date is.

Go to the My Membership page and click Check Payment Method. From there you can view and update the card or payment method on file for your subscription. Changes take effect immediately for future billing cycles.

Yes. Each artist has their own separate membership with its own exclusive content and community. You can subscribe to as many as you like — each one is managed independently under the same Fanward account.

Once your membership is active, content is accessible through the Fanward app (available on iOS and Android) or through your browser after logging in. Make sure you're signed in with the same account you used when you joined.

If your content isn't showing up, try logging out and back in. If the issue continues, contact us and we'll sort it out.

Your 30-day free trial gives you full access to everything in your chosen membership. On day 31, your payment method will be charged the monthly rate ($18.99/month). You'll receive a reminder email before the trial ends.

If you don't want to continue, you can cancel any time before day 31 with no charge. See the Canceling section below for full details.

For urgent billing or cancellation issues, please mention that in your message and we'll prioritize it.

First, try these quick steps: log out and back in, clear your browser cache, or try a different browser or device. Most login and content issues resolve with one of these.

If you're still stuck, contact us through the Contact page and describe what you're seeing. Include the device and browser you're using if possible — it helps us fix things faster.

Yes! You can find us on Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Discord. For account or billing questions, the Contact page is always the fastest route since our support team monitors it directly.

For community chat, bug reports, and fan discussion, our Discord server is very active and a great place to get quick answers from the community too.

The Fanling Universe is a growing world of original characters, lore, and stories created by the Fanward team — specifically by Cody Redd and Miguel Calderon. It's a creative universe built on the idea that the things you love most have a spirit to them — a living energy that the Fanling characters embody.

Each character is a different face of that creative freedom: fantasy, sci-fi, horror, music, art — every genre and passion has a Fanling that represents it.

Jelly Blue (also called Jelly) is one of the central characters in the Fanling Universe, created by Cody Redd. Jelly is the heart of the Fanlings — playful, expressive, and deeply connected to the community. She's one of the first characters fans encounter when they step into the world.

Dumu is a character in the Fanling Universe created by Miguel Calderon. Dumu brings a different energy to the world — deeper, more mysterious, and full of creative power. Miguel's background in video editing and visual storytelling shaped Dumu's personality and aesthetic.

Faniac is the mascot of Fanward — the embodiment of what it means to be a true fan. You'll spot Faniac throughout the site, appearing in the shadows, cheering from the sidelines, and generally representing the passionate spirit that makes this whole thing worth building.

The Fanling Universe exists alongside the artists in the Fanward ecosystem — it's a creative companion world, not a direct retelling of the artists' real lives. That said, the spirit of each Fanling character is influenced by the communities and creative energy surrounding the artists on the platform.

Think of the Fanlings as the mythology of the fandom itself — characters born from the same passion that brought the fans and artists together in the first place.

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment is processed securely through our membership platform. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
