Olivia J Studios LLC licenses all content, trademarks, and other associated media from Fanward, Inc., a Delaware Company, to create content for use in association with the Services. Olivia J Studios LLC is a 3rd party production, editing, & distribution company to which Fanward, Inc. has assigned all content and trademarks for use in conjunction with these Services.
Olivia J Studios LLC takes your privacy seriously. We do not rent, sell or share your personal information with 3rd parties, except as listed below. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If you are a registered Olivia J Studios LLC user, we will attempt to inform you of any material changes by email. Public display of submissions. Fan art, fan fiction, characters, and other Fan Submissions you send us may be published publicly — on this website, our apps, and our social channels — alongside the name or handle you provide. Please do not include any personal information you do not want shown publicly. You may ask us to remove your submission or personal information at any time by emailing hello@fanward.com, and we will remove it from our active site within a reasonable period.
Children. The website's submission forms are intended for users 18 and older, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the website. If you believe a child has provided us personal information through the website, contact us at hello@fanward.com and we will delete it.
